Where do you ship?
At Barkwoo, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally, but join our mailing list for updates.

When will I receive my order?
Our orders arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need it more quickly, simply select the Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping option when you check out.

How do I place a return?
Easy. Email us at contact@barkwoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send step-by-step instructions for sending it back. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund according to our Refund Policy. Reach out any time if you have questions.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Items should be in their original condition. Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method per our Refund Policy — typically within 3–5 business days. Questions? Email contact@barkwoo.com.

What are the size guidelines for Barkwoo?
Barkwoo comes in one size and is designed to be lightweight and comfortable enough to be worn by dogs of all sizes. It easily attaches to any dog collar.
Do I need a special collar for Barkwoo?
No, it easily attaches to any dog collar.
Is Barkwoo waterproof?
Barkwoo is splashproof, so it should be safe for your dog to wear it in the rain or get it wet intermittently. However, we do not recommend submerging it in water or washing it.
Can I try Barkwoo music?

Is there research on music’s impact on dogs?
Yes, there are many studies that suggest positive effects of music on dogs. Please refer to our music page to find out more about it.
I have 2 dogs, should I get separate Barkwoos for them?
Yes, Barkwoo's speakers are adjusted for your dog's ears only so that the sound is not too loud for them and also so that you don't have to listen to the same music with them. If you have two dogs, you will need separate Barkwoos for them so they can both enjoy it.
Does Barkwoo help with aggressive behavior?
It can help. Music has a documented calming effect on dogs: in a 2015 study, classical music reduced stress in kenneled dogs, leading to less aggressive behavior — and even higher adoption rates. Does Barkwoo help with excessive barking?
Often, yes. Excessive barking is frequently driven by stress and anxiety, and calming music is shown to quiet stress-related behaviors like barking and pacing — a 2015 kenneled-dog study found classical music measurably reduced barking.
