How does the Barkwoo Music Box work?

The Barkwoo Music Box clips onto your dog's collar and plays calming music from there. One button press starts the preloaded playlist, with no phone, Wi-Fi or app. Your dog hears the music wherever they go, not just in the room with a speaker.

How long does the battery last?

The Barkwoo Music Box plays for almost a full day on one charge. It arrives charged, and a full recharge over USB-C takes about an hour. The USB-C port is under the gray flap on its side, and the cable is in the box.

Can I add my own music to the Barkwoo Music Box?

Yes. Plug it into a computer over USB and drag and drop your own MP3s alongside the preloaded tracks.

What if it doesn't help?
